How do I return/exchange my product(s)?
Customers can replace/ return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
All personalised products are non-returnable and pre-designed items will be refunded/replaced only in exceptional cases (damaged in shipping).
case 1: Also, customer would be resposible if a photo is uploaded without proper clarity, because when the image is set for print due to size the picture may become more blur. We mostly contact the customer and take an approval for a the blur/low pixel image sent and request for clear picture (website accepts <20mb)
pritsol.in will not accept the product return if customer don't like the product or for above case 1. It's because we clearly display the product on website which is an original print but not a mockup.
All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
You can only apply for a Return/ Replace from your pritsol.in account.
Our team investigate on the issue with the shipping team and give an approval on the refund/replace. In any suspected cases, refund/replace will be strictly denied by the comapny.
Return/ Exchange Policy:
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
*We suggest customers to use a shipping service that has a tracking number on returned packages to ensure your return is received. pritsol.in is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit / delivery.
*pritsol.in doesn't accept returns for Personalized or Customized products.

We recommend using ‘Speed Post/ Delhivery/DTDC’ as your courier service.
Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be refunded and the amount credited back to your account as per government refund slots (i.e., 5-15 business days)
Refund of shipping on COD charges is not applicable.
International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order id and we will get back to you with a resolution.
How do I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled directly within 15 minutes of order placed, from the registered account.
You are requested to immediately email at email@example.com with your order number for any cancellations to be made within 15 minutes from the order placed.
Once order enters the advanced shippig process, we will not be able to cancel it.
Your orders can also be cancelled if pritsol.in team finds your payments have not been received.
Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made or stuck payments, pritsol.in will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
